SHIPPING POLICY

Items are usually dispatched within three working days from our local UK warehouse, reflecting our pride in being a UK-centric company. Should there be unexpected stock issues that might delay your order, we will promptly notify you. When you place an order before 4 pm from Monday to Friday, we ensure it’s sent out the same day using the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. However, any orders placed after 4 pm on Fridays will be dispatched the subsequent Monday.

Delivery, typically taking 2-3 business days, is set at a fee of £2.99. Still, we offer complimentary delivery for orders exceeding £30.

We cater to locations within the United Kingdom, inclusive of Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man. At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not provide international shipping services. The address label on these packages is simple and only includes your name and address, with our office address for returns.
